hbaji77's policy allows only one account per person. However, if two members of the same household register with separate identities — different mobile numbers, names, and dates of birth — logging in from the same device is not an issue, as long as they are genuinely two different people.

Strictly prohibited:
— Opening more than one account under the same person's name
— Creating accounts under different identities to claim bonuses more than once
— Opening a new account to replace a banned one

hbaji77 uses an automated system to detect multiple accounts. If flagged, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonuses forfeited. If you're unsure whether a family member's account could be an issue, reach out via live chat beforehand — it's always better to check before a problem arises.

Deposits to hbaji77 from bKash, Nagad, and Rocket typically credit to your account within 1 to 5 minutes. During peak times — such as before a big match or between 9–11 PM — it may occasionally take 10–15 minutes.

If it still hasn't arrived after 15 minutes, here's what to do:
1. First, check your transaction history in your bKash or Nagad app — confirm that the transaction shows as "Completed".
2. Check the "Transaction History" section in your hbaji77 account to see if the deposit is showing as "pending".
3. If your bKash transaction shows as completed but the funds haven't appeared in your hbaji77 account, contact us via live chat or at support@hbaji77.click. Please have ready: the transaction date, time, amount, and bKash transaction ID.

If a Deposit Fails: If money is deducted from bKash or Nagad but the deposit shows as failed, the amount is usually returned to your mobile wallet within 30 minutes to 24 hours. Notifying support can help speed up the process.
